Under the Plan, we will be able to keep your systems running effciently by following the recommended maintenance procedures. The Plan includes an annual inspection and tune-up of your heating or cooling system or semiannual services for both systems.

The Plan has been designed to meet or exceed all manufacturers' and extended warranties and adhere to the recommended procedures designated by the Department of Energy.
